Well after last weeks bruising encounter with the Saints i’ll be staying well away from the Cats this round. Last minute omissions of Ablett and Varcoe add to their 6 man casualty list from the game. I’m staying away from the Saints as well even if their injury toll ins’t as bad, there is always a big chance of a letdown after such a huge game.

I believe in the crows at the best of times, but even more so this week now that Pav has missed selection with that dodgy hammy and the big unit Sandilands has gone down! Sandilands has been one of the leading ruckmen this year and could have given the Dockers a huge advantage in those stoppages with the crows only having the 1 established ruckman. Thank god his out which should safely see at least a 50/50 clearance split and that should be enough for the win. Sportingbet are giving a generous 1.16 for this and I’m all over it

For the second bet I’m gonna get on the power to keep it close at the worst against the Demons. The Demons were only able to beat the shocking road unit Weagles by 20 points last week after an emotion charged week. Surely the power will present a bit stiffer opposition then the eagles could, even more so with the return of Studly Cornes. Port for a 24.5 point start are 1.09, that will do us this week!
